Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.

The service

FluencyWire provides news stories adapted for language learners. Simplified levels are rewrites of licensed or openly licensed sources and may omit details; always refer to the original source for complete reporting. Every story links to its source.

Subscriptions

Premium costs $8.99 per month, or $86.30 per year (20% off twelve monthly payments, plus applicable taxes). Either plan renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your Account page (web) or your App Store settings (iOS); access continues until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, we retry for a few days before Premium ends.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell or redistribute content, attempt to bypass access controls, or abuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
