What we collect

• Account data: your email address, optional display name, native language and reading level.
• Learning data: words you save, review history and reading activity (stories opened, completed, audio minutes).
• Billing status: whether you have an active subscription. Card details are handled by Stripe or Apple and never stored by us.
• Technical data: IP address and request logs, kept for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To provide the service, personalize your reading level and review schedule, process subscriptions, prevent abuse and improve content quality. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and ads

We store sign-in tokens in your browser. Ads and analytics cookies (free tier only) are used only after you consent through the cookie banner. Premium members see no ads.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Apple / RevenueCat (iOS purchases), our cloud hosting and email providers, and Google AdSense (ads, with consent).

Your rights

You can download all your data or delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deletion takes effect immediately and backups are purged within 30 days.

Children

FluencyWire is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly serve targeted ads to minors.
